Public Landing Page

The Landing page editor (under Configuration) controls what visitors see when they arrive at your school's web address before signing in. It is your public homepage.

What's on the landing page

  • Headline — the main heading visitors see.
  • About — a short description of your school.
  • Course list — your courses are shown automatically so prospective students can see what you offer.
  • Join / Apply button — lets visitors start an application. This appears only when applications are open.

Editing content

  1. Open Landing page.
  2. Edit the headline and about text.
  3. Save. Changes go live on your public page immediately.

Per-language content

You can provide translations of your headline and about text so visitors see them in their own language. If a translation is not provided for a language, the default text is shown.

Opening and closing applications

A single switch controls whether your school is accepting applications:

  • Open — the Join/Apply button appears and the application form is reachable.
  • Closed — the button is hidden and the application form is unavailable.

Close applications when intake is full or between terms; reopen when you are ready for new applicants. This is the same setting that guards the application form.

Plan note

The landing-page editor may require a particular plan. If you see an upgrade marker, see Plan & Subscription.
