Plan & Subscription

The Plan page (under Financial) shows your school's own subscription to Weblearnia and what it unlocks. This is separate from the tuition your school collects from students.

Why plans matter​

Some administrator features are gated by plan. When a feature is not included in your current plan, its sidebar item shows an upgrade marker (a small crown), and the feature is unavailable until you upgrade.

Features that may be plan-gated include:

  • Announcements
  • Payouts
  • Branding edits
  • Landing page editor
  • Custom domains

Core day-to-day work — applications, users, courses, schedule, packages, and billing basics — is available so you can run your school.

Viewing and changing your plan​

Open Plan to see your current plan and what each tier includes. From here you can move to a plan that unlocks the features you need.

When you see an upgrade marker​

If a sidebar item has the upgrade crown:

  1. Open Plan to compare tiers.
  2. Choose the plan that includes the feature you want.
  3. The gated feature becomes available once your plan is active.
