Accounts & sign-in
Do I need a password? No. Weblearnia signs you in with a one-time magic link sent to your email, or with Google. There is no password to remember.
I didn't get the magic-link email. Check your spam folder, make sure you entered the right address, and request a new link. Links expire, so use the most recent one. See Troubleshooting.
Can I use the same account at more than one school? Yes. Your account follows your email address across schools. Sign in on each school's own web address; you only see that school's data.
I have more than one role. How do I switch? Use the role switcher. Your choice is remembered for 30 days. See Accounts & Signing In.
Applying & enrolling
How do I join a school? On the school's web address, choose Apply and complete its application form. An administrator reviews it and, if approved, you are enrolled. See the student guide Applying to a School.
Can I apply if the school isn't accepting applications? No. If applications are closed, the Apply option is unavailable until the school reopens them.
Lectures
When can I join a live lecture? The join window opens shortly before the start time — teachers a bit earlier than students. The Join button activates on your dashboard and schedule when the room is ready. See Attending Lectures.
Are lectures recorded? Only if the teacher turns recording on for that session. When recorded, the recording appears on the lecture afterward.
I joined but I'm in a waiting area. Some lectures use a lobby; the teacher admits you. Wait for them to let you in.
Assignments & grades
How do I submit an assignment? Open the assignment, add text and/or upload files (audio is supported when allowed), and submit. See Submitting Assignments.
Why can't I see my grade yet? A teacher may have started grading but not yet returned it. You see your score and feedback only once it is returned.
Billing
How do I pay tuition? If your school collects payment online, you will see a pay/subscribe option on your Billing page. Otherwise, your school arranges payment outside the system and an administrator records it. See Enrollment & Billing.
My payment failed — what now? You and your guardians are notified. Open Billing to retry or update your payment method.
Parents
How do I see my child's information? From the parent Overview, use the child selector to choose a child, then view their schedule, attendance, grades, and billing. See the Parent guides.
I don't see my child listed. Guardianship links are set up by the school. Contact your school's administrator to be linked.
Language, time & notifications
Times look wrong. Set your preferred time zone on your profile. Times are shown in your time zone by default. See Language & Time Zone.
How do I change the language? Use the language switcher. English, Arabic (RTL), and Swedish are supported.
How do I get push notifications? Install the app and allow notifications. See Notifications.
