Billing Visibility
The parent Billing page shows the tuition and payment status for your children, so you can keep on top of fees.
What you can see
- Subscription status for your child's tuition (active, past due, canceled, etc.).
- Invoices, with links to view or download them when paid through Stripe.
Use the child selector if you have more than one child, so you're looking at the right one's billing.
Paying
How payment works depends on the school:
- Online (Stripe): if the school collects payment online and there's something to pay, you'll see a pay/subscribe option and be taken to a secure checkout.
- Outside the system: many schools collect cash or bank transfer directly, then record your payment. In that case you arrange payment with the school and they mark it received.
If you don't see a way to pay, the school likely collects tuition outside the system.
If a payment fails
When a payment fails, linked guardians (you) and the student are notified. Open Billing to retry or update the payment method.
Tips
- Keep the payment method current to avoid interruptions to your child's classes.
- If a payment you made offline isn't reflected, allow time for the school to record it, then contact the administrator.
