Enrollment & Billing
The Billing page is where you handle tuition. How you pay depends on how your school is set up: online (via Stripe) or outside the system (the school arranges it and records your payment).
How tuition can work
Your school may use any of these:
- Monthly school fee — a single recurring subscription.
- Per-course pricing — a course has its own price (monthly or one-time).
- Packages — a bundle or tier you subscribe to.
Your Billing page shows what applies to you.
Paying online
If your school collects payment online, you'll see a Subscribe or Pay button:
- Subscribe to a package or the monthly fee, or
- Pay for something an administrator assigned to you.
You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Once payment succeeds, your subscription becomes active automatically and your enrollment proceeds.
If you don't see a pay/subscribe button, your school may not collect payment online — they'll arrange it with you directly.
Paying outside the system
Many schools collect cash or bank transfers. In that case you pay the school directly, and an administrator marks your payment as received in Weblearnia. Your subscription then shows as active.
Your subscription and invoices
On Billing you can see:
- Your subscription status — active, past due, canceled, and so on.
- Your invoices, with links to view or download them when paid through Stripe.
If a payment fails
You (and your parents/guardians, if linked) are notified. Open Billing to retry the payment or update your card.
Tips
- Keep your payment method current to avoid interruptions.
- If your status looks wrong after paying offline, allow some time for an administrator to record it, then ask the school.
